"That night in my sleep I return to my campus mailbox. I can see through the display window that it is crammed full of letters. I’ve been away 32 years. I am worried that my lovers have been trying to reach me and have now given up. I have no key, and there is no one around. I try the door to the post office, but it is locked. Who is still writing to me?"
